… is East Palestine Ohio ringing any bells? As I remind you as a nearby resident we have been able to get zero answers from any agency or any local doctor. May I also point out the fact that The EPA Administrator, Michael S. Regan, signed the following notice on 01/05/2023, and EPA is submitted it for publication in the Federal Register (FR).

I would like to also point out we had a multi billion dollar shell petrochemicals plant built in the same county along the Ohio river here, that is way over emissions and can’t get up and running to full capacity and losing tons of money.. sounds like that would be a new stationary source correct?

ALSO THE FACT IVE LOST ALL MY HAIR, one eye brow and lashes since March. Doctors refuse to acknowledge any symptoms we’ve had in my family could be caused by that derailment.. they refuse to answer our questions and deny the testing for chlorinated dioxins and furans. Specifically 2,3,7,8 tetrachlobenzo p dioxin

To drive down the costs of GHG capture and direct air capture, would it be motivating to the industry that sells the products that releases the emissions when combusting those products, if the market requirement was that they are the ones responsible for paying for it?
