Whoa! Apparently there are lots of Volts subscribers in Brooklyn.

Hey David - I'm COO of an urban energy storage development company - Microgrid Networks. We have 2 operational power plants (one in Williamsburg Brooklyn, one in Maspath Queens). I don't know of other urban places that are building such facilities and I'd be glad to give you a tour. NYC has a pretty complex and challenging network to interconnect to. Lemme know - there are some photos on our website if you want a preview - www.mgn.energy. See you are DERVOS! Tim

Hey man - if you can come to NYC a few days early, there will be a top notch building decarbonization conference 10/21-10/23 being put on by ASHRAE and NYSERDA: https://www.ashrae.org/conferences/topical-conferences/2024-ashrae-decarbonization-conference. Expensive like most professional conferences these days, but maybe they can give you a break as press? Check it out!

I'm rooting for Enhanced Geothermal to become borderline DER.

Think: Semi charging stations where adequate grid interconnection is futile.

When was the last time you went to a Geothermal Heat Pump Conference?
