Does anyone, @david or other have more details on this provision? I'm curious how that will be operationalized. Though perhaps it remains for the executive branch to figure out.

Beautiful. Unfortunately, not a model that can be applied in most of the rest of the country. I'm sure Texas and other Republicans will lable it "red socialism.". ☹️

In Illinois, it falls under The Willie Nillie Provision. It’s an umbrella entity.
